Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A) with a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills including advanced presentation ability.
- Ability to travel (50%+).
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Strong Market Access, health economics, and reimbursement experience associated with medical devices
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution skills
- Strong commercial orientation and business acumen
- Strong project management verbal and written communications skills
- Strong understanding of European policy landscape, market access, and reimbursement frameworks in the medical device space in at least 2 European markets or more; Middle East and/or LATAM markets understanding is a plus
