Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Senior Mapping Specialist to join its Cardiac Ablation Solutions team. In this role, you will provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians and hospital staff, spearheading the launch and adoption of innovative cardiac ablation technologies across Spain.
What You'll Do
- Deliver expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP Lab staff on key technologies including the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA over-the-wire ablation system, and Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation system.
- Provide in-depth product expertise through sales presentations, hands-on demonstrations, installations, and ongoing customer support.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by acting as a trusted partner and resource.
- Develop and sustain advanced clinical and technical knowledge of company products while staying informed on competitor offerings.
- Demonstrate composure and critical thinking in high-stress situations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate closely with account teams and Sales Managers, contributing to regular territory reviews and strategic planning.
- Serve as a key liaison between sales teams and technical staff to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Sales, or a related scientific discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures and products.
- A background in Cardiology or experience as a Cardiac Physiologist.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of an organization.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a drive for excellence.
- A valid driving license with a clean record.
Nice to Have
- A strong understanding of 3D Mapping systems is highly advantageous.
