Role Overview
As a Senior Mapper Specialist in Cardiac Ablation Solutions, you will provide advanced clinical and technical expertise for cutting-edge electrophysiology systems across a defined region in Spain. Operating remotely, you will play a pivotal role in enabling successful adoption of innovative ablation technologies by supporting physicians, lab teams, and sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on clinical support and technical guidance for cardiac ablation platforms, including real-time assistance during procedures
- Conduct product demonstrations, system installations, and training sessions for electrophysiology lab staff and physicians
- Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, building long-term relationships grounded in technical excellence
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on company technologies and competitive offerings in the electrophysiology space
- Support sales teams through territory planning, customer follow-up, and strategic account engagement
- Bridge communication between technical and commercial teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Remain composed and solution-focused during fast-paced or high-pressure clinical scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Sales, or a related scientific field
- Minimum of six years of direct experience in electrophysiology procedures or cardiac ablation technologies
- Professional background in cardiology or as a Cardiac Physiologist preferred
- Fluency in both English and Spanish required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to communicate effectively with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial drive, with a commitment to innovation and high performance

- Experience with 3D mapping systems and their clinical application in cardiac ablation procedures

Compensation and Benefits
Offers a salary range of 54,400.00 EUR – 81,600.00 EUR, with a flexible benefits package designed to support employees at all life stages. Work Model
