Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch viral marketing initiatives rooted in user-generated content and platform-specific behaviors to expand music reach.
- Explore and implement new formats, platforms, and digital strategies, turning emerging trends into actionable campaigns.
- Maintain and organize creator networks across platforms, managing accounts by size, niche, and engagement potential.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and apply data insights—including MROI analysis—to refine targeting and creative approaches.
- Identify shifts in platform culture, algorithmic discovery, and audience behavior, then adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Support large-scale digital activations that serve as innovation labs for next-generation marketing tactics.
- Work closely with analytics, paid media, and artist teams to align on goals, execution, and learnings.
- Develop streamlined internal systems and workflows to improve campaign speed, tracking, and creator coordination.
- Integrate AI-powered tools into creative development, testing, and optimization processes to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing paid or social media campaigns, either within an agency or in-house environment.
- Deep understanding of how music gains visibility and spreads across digital ecosystems and cultural movements.
- Fluent in the mechanics and communities of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and other emerging digital spaces.
- Hands-on experience with user-generated content, creator partnerships, or page-based distribution models.
- Skilled at managing creator databases, campaign logistics, and performance tracking systems.
- Strong analytical ability, with experience using performance metrics and marketing ROI to guide strategy.
- Combines creative thinking with practical execution and a mindset of continuous experimentation.
- Experienced with paid media platforms, AI tools, and modern digital marketing workflows.
- Familiar with automation, no-code platforms, APIs, and internal tooling such as Airtable.
