As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them from initial onboarding through ongoing engagement and renewal. Your role is to ensure they achieve measurable results, remain satisfied, and continue to grow with the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships by understanding client objectives and aligning influencer strategies to their business outcomes.
- Lead strategic business reviews and post-campaign analyses, delivering clear insights that inform future direction.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—coordinating timelines, content quality, and KPIs—while delegating operational tasks to support teams.
- Provide ongoing guidance on best practices, helping clients optimize performance and get the most from their influencer programs.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and deliverables with accuracy, communicating updates proactively and resolving issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure a seamless experience and advocate for client needs internally.
- Use performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend actions that improve results over time.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts and platform updates, contributing to the evolution of service offerings and internal knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media, with a track record of strategic client advising.
- Strong organizational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple accounts without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent communicator who can present insights clearly and build rapport across levels and functions.
- Comfortable interpreting data and turning it into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- A customer-first mindset, with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to long-term success.
- Experience with marketing or influencer platforms; readiness to become proficient in the Later Influence™ platform.
- Agency or paid media experience is a plus.
