Scotiabank is looking for a Senior Manager to join the Trade Support Origination & Syndicate Securitization team within Global Banking and Markets (GBM). In this role, you will support a full range of investment banking, credit, and risk management products and services.
What You'll Do
- Provide trade support for origination and syndicate securitization activities.
- Support the delivery of a comprehensive suite of investment banking and credit products.
- Manage risk and operational processes related to trade execution and securitization.
- Collaborate with deal teams to ensure smooth transaction lifecycle management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in trade support, investment banking operations, or securitization.
- Deep understanding of capital markets products, including syndicated loans and structured finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex financial transactions.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
