Requirements
- B2B experience in enterprise technology or software sales, with strong exposure to solution-led or technical sales environments
- Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets in complex sales cycles
- Experience engaging utilities, government institutions, or large enterprise clients across African markets
- Ability to collaborate with multicultural and geographically distributed teams
- High degree of autonomy and accountability (we operate within a hybrid work environment)
- Strong stakeholder leadership skills, ability to align internal teams and influence senior external decision-makers
- High-ownership mentality with disciplined execution and strategic follow-through
- Structured and methodical personality, bringing clarity and control to complex commercial engagements
- Clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Executive-level presentation and deal-closing capabilities, articulating technical solutions in compelling business and financial terms
