Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Development to lead the design and execution of a forward-thinking talent development strategy for a global, fully remote workforce. You will partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with business goals, embed AI-driven solutions, and reimagine performance management.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute a long-term talent development roadmap aligned to company goals.
- Anticipate future skill needs and design adaptive learning programs using inclusive design and AI-powered tools.
- Lead innovation in learning experiences, from AI-assisted microlearning to personalized cohort programs.
- Overhaul performance management into a continuous growth framework.
- Embed AI proficiency across the organization through targeted curricula.
- Oversee the strategy, adoption, and optimization of learning technologies (LMS/LXP/TXP).
- Partner cross-functionally with leaders in People, Product, Engineering, DIB, and Compensation.
- Implement succession planning strategies to identify, accelerate, and retain high-potential talent.
- Build and maintain analytics frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and executive dashboards.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in talent development, performance management, or learning design.
- Global program delivery experience.
- Advanced knowledge of learning technologies (LMS, LXP, TXP) and AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Mastery of ADDIE and SAM instructional design models.
- Proven leadership experience with ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Strong vision-to-execution capabilities, managing complex initiatives.
- High data fluency with ability to turn learning metrics into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to integrating AI.
