Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Development (Remote - EMEA or US)

About the Role

This position leads the design and implementation of talent development strategies to strengthen leadership capabilities and employee growth within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and rollout of leadership development programs for staff across regions
  • Assess organizational learning needs and align development offerings accordingly
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps and growth opportunities
  • Manage external vendors and facilitators for training delivery
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Ensure learning content is inclusive, accessible, and culturally relevant
  • Support onboarding programs with a focus on leadership integration
  • Develop resources for continuous professional development
  • Coordinate global learning calendars and track participation metrics
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles and L&D trends
  • Drive engagement in development programs through internal communications
  • Oversee the administration of leadership assessments and 360 feedback tools
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards in learning systems
  • Integrate equity, diversity, and inclusion principles into all learning content
  • Support succession planning through targeted development initiatives
  • Collaborate on organizational change efforts requiring learning components
  • Manage the budget for talent development activities
  • Report regularly on learning outcomes to senior stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and skill building
  • Stay informed about regional employment regulations affecting training delivery
