About the Role
This position leads strategic planning and execution across supply chain logistics, driving process improvements, forecasting accuracy, and end-to-end supply chain coordination for consistent product availability.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning activities including demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Oversee logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with production capacity and market demand
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and distribution partners
- Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams to align supply plans with operational constraints
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal quality standards
- Develop and maintain safety stock and buffer strategies for supply continuity
- Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation for supply disruptions
- Support new product launches with supply chain readiness assessments
- Manage master data accuracy within planning systems
- Drive adoption of planning tools and system enhancements
- Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to leadership
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and distribution scheduling
- Collaborate with procurement on material availability and lead time management
- Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control processes
- Lead root cause analysis for supply chain variances and delays
- Implement best practices in demand planning and supply allocation
- Support audit readiness and compliance documentation for logistics functions
- Optimize transportation networks for cost and service balance
- Manage planning calendar and coordinate with finance on forecast submissions
- Ensure scalability of planning processes to support business growth
- Lead team development and performance management for direct reports
