Responsibilities
- Lead regional Solution Consulting teams to surpass sales and performance targets within the Customer Workflow industry segment.
- Guide team members in delivering relevant, value-driven customer engagements, including problem discovery, solution demonstrations, proof of concept execution, and business outcome documentation.
- Foster professional growth aligned with both organizational needs and individual career aspirations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified Solution Consultant candidates to support future business expansion.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership on territory planning, pipeline development, and strategic account and opportunity alignment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as field marketing, architecture, customer success, and customer outcomes to support new and renewal sales initiatives.
- Provide direct technical and industry expertise to support team members and act as executive sponsor or deal champion for key opportunities.
- Allocate resources to sales initiatives, monitor progress toward goals, and proactively resolve obstacles through escalation management.
- Assign team members to marketing and demand generation activities as needed to support lead creation.
- Design and implement training programs that adapt to evolving sales requirements and solution advancements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations using direct observation, peer input, and feedback from sales partners.
- Ensure optimal alignment and utilization of team skills within the assigned region.
- Oversee daily operational tasks including resource scheduling, expense approvals, and activity reporting.
