ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, Customer Workflows to lead the Customer Workflow Industry Solution Consulting group. You will be responsible for supporting sales teams and regions in exceeding their goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Customer Workflow Industry Solution Consulting group to support aligned sales teams and regions in exceeding goals.
- Manage a team of industry Solution Consultants, ensuring they demonstrate relevance, fully discover customer problems, deliver high-quality presentations and demos, and successfully execute proofs of concept.
- Develop team members according to business demands and their individual professional goals.
- Build and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential candidates to meet future business needs.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts, including territory planning, pipeline building, and account strategy.
- Work with extended teams like field marketing, architects, and customer success to ensure a holistic sales approach for new and renewal business.
- Provide hands-on technical and industry expertise to your team and act as an executive sponsor for key accounts and deals.
- Assign resources to sales opportunities, evaluate progress against goals, and help escalate issues to remove roadblocks.
- Assign resources as required to support marketing and demand generation efforts.
- Develop and deploy team training curriculums to meet the evolving demands of the sales organization.
- Evaluate team members through direct observation, peer feedback, and sales feedback.
- Ensure proper alignment and effective utilization of resources and skill sets within your assigned region.
- Manage day-to-day activities including resource scheduling, expense review, and activity reporting.
