Responsibilities
- Proactively identify critical go-to-market enablement areas and rank them by business impact, urgency, and resource needs.
- Drive the strategy and execution of cross-functional enablement planning, including forums and operational rhythms.
- Serve as a central link between sales, product, marketing, learning, and operations teams.
- Use AI-powered solutions to create and maintain a centralized, searchable repository for up-to-date GTM resources.
- Design and implement AI-enhanced communication strategies, including asynchronous updates and live sessions, to deliver timely, digestible information.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to define essential knowledge and capabilities for GTM teams.
- Organize and prioritize cross-functional information to ensure timely, manageable delivery to revenue teams.
- Develop and lead engaging training programs and manage supporting tools and platforms.
- Track and support the adoption of new processes and behaviors across GTM functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B go-to-market enablement with a history of ownership, initiative, and driving behavioral change.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement programs that improve team performance and revenue results.
- Experience succeeding in startup environments with evolving processes and complex product offerings.
- Outstanding organizational and strategic prioritization abilities.
- Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Data-informed decision-making with proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
- Ability to manage and interpret CRM data effectively.
- Familiarity with AI tools, including large language models, and a clear understanding of their application in enablement.
- Proficient in Excel: creating dropdowns with data validation, building pivot tables and charts, using conditional formatting, and applying functions like xlookup/vlookup, sum, average, if, count, countif, sumif.
Nice to Have
- Experience in EdTech or healthcare industries.
- Background in B2B2C business models.
- Knowledge of learning science and instructional design best practices.
- Experience supporting enablement across multiple GTM functions such as sales and client success.
- Familiarity with Gong and HubSpot platforms.

Compensation
Base salary only; no bonus plan. Total compensation includes base salary and equity (ISOs).
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — based in lower Manhattan with in-office expectations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Team
Reports to the Director of Revenue Operations; supports GTM teams including Sales, Solution Architecture, and Client Success

- Hybrid role based out of lower Manhattan office (in-office T/W/Th)
