Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop entry-level sales talent with defined advancement paths into Account Executive and Customer Success roles.
- Provide hands-on coaching through real-time call evaluations, email analysis, and structured one-on-one sessions to improve conversion outcomes.
- Establish consistent operational practices using performance dashboards, CRM accuracy standards, and recurring pipeline assessments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams to enhance lead quality, distribution logic, and transition points.
- Co-create and evolve the sales methodology with the strategy team, covering outreach sequences, messaging frameworks, and qualification benchmarks for a cross-industry solution.
- Demonstrate customer-centric behavior by participating in sales calls and translating insights into scalable tactics.
- Drive rapid execution through experimentation, A/B testing, and quick adoption of proven approaches.
