Responsibilities
- Direct the creation and annual update of sales compensation plans in collaboration with Sales Leadership and Finance.
- Ensure compensation structures support business objectives, revenue goals, and market strategies.
- Analyze the financial implications of proposed compensation plans, including sales costs, quota achievement, and incentive success.
- Create clear documentation, rules, and governance for compensation plans to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Review and improve compensation programs based on performance metrics and business results.
- Act as the main point of contact between Sales, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership for all sales compensation issues.
- Offer guidance on setting quotas, designing territories, and measuring performance.
- Support executive decisions with insights on incentive effectiveness and cost management.
- Oversee the entire commission calculation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to plan terms.
- Manage quarterly commission cycles, including validation, approvals, and payout distribution.
- Develop and maintain scalable processes and controls to support growth and complexity.
- Ensure readiness for audits and compliance with internal and external financial standards.
- Manage and optimize sales compensation systems and tools.
- Collaborate with Finance Systems teams to enhance automation, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase scalability.
- Provide regular reports on commission payouts, attainment, and plan performance.
- Analyze trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Offer actionable insights to enhance performance outcomes.

- The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
