About the Role

Oversee sales execution across multiple regions, develop go-to-market strategies, mentor sales leaders, and align with cross-functional teams to achieve long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Direct regional sales teams to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with sales representatives
  • Forecast sales activity and report on key metrics
  • Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
  • Train and mentor sales managers to improve team performance
  • Coordinate with customer success teams to enhance retention
  • Drive adoption of CRM tools and sales technologies
  • Analyze pipeline health and recommend corrective actions
  • Support product launches with sales enablement materials
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape
  • Work closely with finance on budget planning and forecasting
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting and data integrity
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
