Pernod Ricard USA is hiring a Senior Manager, Regional Chains – West, GEM Portfolio. In this critical role, you will own and drive the account plan, execution, promotional funding, forecasting, and pricing for designated regional customer accounts. You will collaborate to develop and execute On-Premise and Off-Premise program strategy, leading internal field teams and distributor partners.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer relationships within the context of the chain selling strategies.
- Lead with insights and a customer-first approach to category selling opportunities.
- Work with the GEM AVP and State Managers to align on business forecasting and promotional programming.
- Work closely with Distributor teams to execute customer plans.
- Manage pricing and promotional budgets to support programming and Revenue Growth Management initiatives.
- Own the annual planning process for assigned accounts, including Chain Summit and PEP Meetings.
- Sell-in, survey, and implement regional sales, marketing, and brand priorities.
- Create metrics to evaluate pre-program, during, and post-program volume/share gains.
- Coordinate state and distributor communication on programming, performance, and analysis.
- Implement digital programs for regional customers.
- Manage customer pricing with the wholesaler, contracts, and new item forms.
- Evaluate pre- and post-program analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of 7+ years of proven success in sales serving a large number of diverse retailers.
- Experience with distributors and direct key account or channel responsibility.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in distributor/customer management and field operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to command an audience while delivering presentations.
- Business and Analytical Acumen.
- Experience building customer business plans.
- Success in managing P&L’s.
- Deep understanding of category management.
- Ability to apply revenue growth management initiatives to customer business plans.
- Proficiency in applying analytics to provide business-building solutions for the customer.

- Spirits, Wine and Champagne industry experience.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the GEM AVP and State Managers, lead internal PRUSA field teams and distributor partners, and collaborate with the PRUSA National Accounts team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $134,420.00 to $167,900.00.
