About the Role
This role leads the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for a suite of blood tests grounded in clinical and molecular insights. The individual will shape positioning, messaging, and launch plans while working closely with commercial, medical, and product teams to ensure market readiness and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of product positioning and messaging frameworks for blood test offerings
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with commercial and medical teams
- Translate complex clinical data into compelling customer-facing narratives
- Partner with product development to align roadmap with market opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive dynamics, and unmet gaps
- Define target customer segments and tailor value propositions accordingly
- Support sales enablement with tools, training, and battle cards
- Collaborate on pricing and reimbursement strategy development
- Work with marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Monitor product performance and adapt strategies based on market feedback
- Serve as a subject matter expert in engagements with external partners
- Present product marketing updates to senior leadership
- Manage external agencies and vendors as needed
- Maintain competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Align with regulatory and compliance teams on promotional materials
- Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives for existing products
- Support clinical and health economics messaging development
- Contribute to investor-facing materials related to product strategy
- Foster alignment between marketing, medical affairs, and commercial operations
