Sol de Janeiro is hiring a Senior Manager, Performance Media

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue generation via paid and affiliate channels while maintaining cost-efficiency, with minimal oversight from the DTC leadership
  • Set performance benchmarks for individual marketing channels that align with broader business objectives
  • Design, implement, and refine performance marketing strategies and budgets across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles to surpass website revenue goals
  • Oversee paid search and bottom-funnel social advertising to boost online sales and customer acquisition, prioritizing tactical experimentation
  • Collaborate with the Americas Paid Media team to manage all advertising budgets directed to the brand’s website and help determine the best blend of platforms and methods
  • Maintain high operational standards by monitoring performance metrics daily and weekly to adjust spending allocations
  • Lead ongoing coordination with the media agency and maintain relationships with key advertising partners including Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok
  • Support management of the product feed catalog, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across internal teams
  • Act as the primary analytics contact for performance marketing within the Americas, establishing KPIs aligned with business outcomes
  • Define and manage KPIs for TikTok Shop initiatives, working closely with marketing and execution agencies
  • Present marketing strategies and performance outcomes clearly to executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of multi-channel campaigns
  • Partner with regional and global marketing groups to address full-funnel go-to-market requirements for website creative content
  • Lead creative optimization efforts for ad assets and copy to improve engagement and conversion rates, supported by a junior team member
  • Manage end-to-end creative project coordination for website marketing needs, liaising with internal creative teams and external agencies
  • Lead the development of creative briefs for promotional campaigns
  • Monitor digital advertising trends and creative best practices to maintain competitive advantage
