What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Social strategies across Meta and TikTok, overseeing campaign lifecycle from setup to scale.
- Manage substantial monthly ad spend with clear accountability for cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and volume goals.
- Build forecasting models to guide budget planning and expansion efforts, aligning with broader business targets.
- Identify opportunities to scale reach and conversions without compromising campaign efficiency.
- Design and implement structured A/B tests across creatives, audience segments, ad formats, and funnel stages.
- Continuously refine ad creative based on performance trends to reduce fatigue and improve key metrics.
- Analyse campaign data to uncover insights that inform optimization and strategic direction.
- Optimize performance across the full conversion funnel, including click-through rate, conversion rate, and retention indicators.
- Collaborate with growth, product, data, and creative teams to ensure acquisition efforts support company objectives.
- Guide channel strategy and budget allocation while maintaining alignment with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing end-to-end Paid Social campaigns across international markets.
- Experience scaling campaigns profitably using data-led decision-making.
- Strong grasp of performance KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.
- Direct experience managing large-scale budgets in Paid Social environments.
- Deep familiarity with campaign architecture, optimization, and scaling on both Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Ability to create reliable performance forecasts and growth projections.
- Skilled at extracting meaningful insights from data to guide strategy.
- Experience improving full-funnel metrics across awareness, conversion, and retention stages.
- Capable of working independently while keeping key partners informed and aligned.
