Responsibilities
- Lead patient and family relations teams at both hospitals to promptly and appropriately address concerns raised by patients, families, and care providers.
- Ensure team adherence to standardized processes aligned with enterprise-wide policies, including accurate tracking of complaints and grievances.
- Oversee and facilitate regular Patient and Family Relations Council meetings at both hospital sites.
- Manage daily operations and activities of the patient and family relations teams across both locations.
- Support clinical teams in improving communication and relationships with patients and families, including co-developing care plans when necessary.
- Ensure consistent management of the complaints and grievances lifecycle, including timely review, resolution, response, and service recovery across the health system.
