AirSculpt is hiring a Senior Manager, Operations Project Management to lead strategic projects and initiatives from concept to completion. In this remote role, you will ensure alignment across executive leadership and department heads, driving execution, maintaining accountability, and ensuring timely delivery of key organizational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved on schedule and within scope.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure clarity, accountability, and successful execution.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans as business needs evolve.
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings to track progress, enforce accountability, and drive timely resolution of open items or roadblocks.
- Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across departments to promote collaboration and ensure clear communication between leadership and teams.
- Support organizational alignment by ensuring projects and initiatives are connected to broader business objectives.
- Implement projects in the field.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic project management with Operations.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring accountability and measurable business results.
- Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management platforms, calendar systems, and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional presence and the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, including leadership and board members.
Nice to Have
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- PMP Certification.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000.
