Responsibilities

- Translate complex technical information into accessible learning experiences
- Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback loops
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
- Lead the integration of new learning technologies and platforms
- Oversee the production of multimedia training materials including videos, simulations, and e-learning modules
- Ensure alignment of training programs with global business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement of learning methodologies and delivery formats
- Coordinate with regional teams to adapt content for local markets
- Establish standards for content quality, consistency, and accessibility
- Manage content lifecycle from concept to retirement
- Support onboarding programs for new hires and channel partners
- Lead training readiness for product launches
- Foster relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning gaps
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for training projects
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory training requirements
- Promote a culture of learning through internal communications and engagement
- Stay current with industry trends in instructional design and adult learning theory
- Implement scalable solutions for growing training demands
- Guide vendor selection and management for external development support
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed
- Drive adoption of learning management systems and related tools
- Mentor team members in professional growth and project leadership
