Campus is looking for a Senior Manager of Scholarships & Grants to lead our institutional grants portfolio and drive the sourcing, management, and promotion of external scholarship opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping Campus's scholarship strategy and supporting student success at our mission-driven organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and management of all institutional grant programs, ensuring equitable access and compliance.
- Build and manage partnerships with external scholarship providers to expand funding opportunities for students.
- Develop and oversee student-facing outreach and advising strategies to maximize scholarship utilization.
- Collaborate with Finance to forecast, budget, and reconcile institutional grant funding.
- Track and analyze data to report on outcomes, equity impact, and program effectiveness for leadership and stakeholders.

You will report to the VP of Financial Aid as a member of the Financial Aid Team.
