At CVS Health, we are looking for a Senior Manager of Informatics - Project Management to join our team. You will assist the Lead Director with informatics initiatives, focusing on strategic execution, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring the successful implementation of Epic across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive execution pathways by translating strategic goals into actionable project plans.
- Set and manage milestones, establishing clear deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Maintain project timelines using tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Visio to track progress and adjust proactively.
- Develop and maintain risk logs, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across technical and operational domains.
- Create clear protocols for issue escalation and resolution.
- Support development and maintain tracking tools in MS Excel for financial assessment and forecasting. Develop formulas for automation and streamlining forecast development.
- Ensure alignment across clinical, technical, and operational workgroups.
- Lead effective cross-functional meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and accountability.
- Deliver concise updates to leadership on status, risks, and decisions needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the Enterprise, including comfort in presenting and communicating with these networks.
- Support readiness efforts by partnering with training and change management teams to ensure smooth adoption.
- Implement mechanisms to gather and act on stakeholder feedback.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required.
- Possession of two or more of the following Epic Certifications: EpicCare Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, Beacon, Willow, Prelude, Cadence, Resolute Professional Billing, HIM (Health Information Management), MyChart, Beaker, Welcome Kiosk, Rover, Haiku, EpicCare Link, Caboodle, SlicerDicer, Bridges, Reporting Workbench, Orders.
