Responsibilities
- Convert strategic objectives into detailed, actionable project roadmaps.
- Establish and oversee key project milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
- Monitor and adjust project schedules using tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, and Visio.
- Create and update risk registers to proactively identify and address technical and operational risks.
- Define structured processes for escalating and resolving project issues.
- Build and maintain financial tracking tools in Excel to support forecasting and cost analysis for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Design automated formulas to improve accuracy and efficiency in financial modeling.
- Ensure coordination and alignment between clinical, technical, and operational workstreams.
- Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas, action items, and accountability measures.
- Prepare and deliver concise status reports for executive leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and decisions required.
- Engage stakeholders by fostering clarity, ownership, and follow-through across teams.
- Build and sustain relationships with enterprise-level partners and present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with training and change management teams to support system adoption and organizational readiness.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to collect input and drive continuous improvement.
