Responsibilities
- Lead market research initiatives focused on aesthetics markets, consumer behavior, and customer needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research needs aligned with strategic business goals
- Build comprehensive market understanding using tools such as treatment pathway analysis, market segmentation, and brand positioning assessments
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies involving healthcare providers, patients, and other key audiences
- Oversee external research vendors to ensure appropriate methodology, alignment with objectives, and high-quality delivery
- Partner with cross-functional teams including research analytics, competitive intelligence, R&D, and commercial leaders to support forecasting models
- Define, structure, and manage quantitative research projects such as discrete-choice conjoint studies to support revenue projections
- Translate research findings into actionable insights for diverse internal audiences across organizational levels
- Develop concise, targeted communication materials including reports and presentations tailored to specific stakeholder needs
- Facilitate discussions around research outcomes, ensuring clear interpretation and strategic application
Responsibilities
- Lead market research related to Aesthetics markets and brands, and Allergan Consumers and Customers
- Define market research priorities in collaboration to proactively address key business decisions
- Create foundational marketplace understanding through the development of treatment flow maps, market segmentation, attribute/benefit testing, positioning and campaign development, etc.
- Conduct primary research: develop qualitative and quantitative market research studies with physicians, patients, and other stakeholders
- Manage vendors to determine appropriate research methodology, ensure project alignment to business objectives and guide execution and reporting
- Collaborate with internal experts in Market Research, Literature Resources, Competitive Intelligence, R&D, and Marketing/Sales leads to generate robust forecast assumptions
- Scope, design, and manage the execution of quantitative market research (e.g., discrete-choice conjoint) to inform revenue forecasting
- Communicate results of market research to a variety of internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Develop clear and effective communication materials (e.g. reports, presentations) targeted to key audiences
- Present and lead discussion of results and insights in a collaborative, efficient manner

- Ability to travel domestically (20% - 30%) is required
