Responsibilities
- Work closely with training and learning design teams to tailor international learning content to regional cultural, linguistic, and operational contexts.
- Engage with subject-matter specialists to deliver live training sessions in person and online, covering systems, processes, onboarding, and job-specific content.
- Ensure consistent, high-standard learning delivery across the assigned geographic area.
- Appear regularly at regional gatherings such as all-hands meetings and kick-off events as a representative of the learning function.
- Establish and maintain a network of local experts who champion learning initiatives.
- Encourage team involvement in learning programs to increase participation and engagement.
- Serve as a backup contact for learning inquiries when primary contacts are unavailable due to time differences or workload.
- Coordinate language assistance or translation services for training-related communications as needed.
- Act as the main regional contact for onboarding in collaboration with the central onboarding team.
- Modify onboarding resources to align with local regulatory or business requirements.
- Organize buddy pairings to help new employees integrate into the organization.
- Host recurring open office hours to answer onboarding questions and support new hire transitions.
- Provide expert guidance on regional compliance and regulatory standards affecting training delivery.
- Guide training partners on legal or compliance-related approvals and expected timelines.
- Verify that all regional training materials undergo proper review, authorization, and compliance checks before deployment.
- Assist with learning logistics such as LMS management, registration, attendance monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate with teams on training schedules and flag potential conflicts due to holidays or local events.
- Manage logistics for internal trainers, guest presenters, and third-party vendors as required.
- Create and adjust training communications such as invitations, reminders, and follow-up materials.
