About the Role

This position is responsible for managing high-value client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term growth by leveraging analytics, strategic planning, and relationship management within a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing management of strategic customer accounts
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies
  • Monitor client performance metrics and satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Drive renewal processes and contract negotiations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key clients
  • Analyze customer data to guide decision-making
  • Maintain accurate account records and forecasts
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance client value
  • Present business reviews and strategic plans to clients
  • Address escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Align account goals with company revenue objectives
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Track and report on key account performance indicators
  • Support onboarding of new strategic clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings
  • Contribute to process improvements in account management
  • Engage in quarterly planning with clients
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across levels
  • Utilize CRM tools for account tracking
  • Promote customer success and retention
  • Work closely with sales and support teams
