Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and management of multiple client influencer programs, including budgets and strategic plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent communication and trusted guidance
  • Coordinate collaboration across strategy, creative, media, and influencer teams to ensure alignment
  • Turn high-level strategies into actionable tactical plans and verify team outputs match objectives
  • Create messaging frameworks and lead the development of integrated influencer strategies to boost brand visibility
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes using industry insights and proactive thinking
  • Spot potential operational challenges in active programs and propose solutions to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with client experience and project management teams to monitor program budgets
  • Apply strong financial judgment in budget planning, invoicing, and resource allocation
  • Take a leading role in advancing the agency’s influencer practice, including building relationships with talent agencies and creators
  • Design comprehensive influencer strategies for annual campaigns and product rollouts
  • Research, evaluate, contract, and manage influencer partnerships
  • Produce briefing materials to guide influencer content development
  • Supervise influencer onboarding, content creation, performance tracking, KPI analysis, and reporting
  • Ensure accurate implementation of influencer strategies from start to finish
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and external representation
  • Identify timely influencer opportunities based on current events and cultural moments
  • Show deep understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviors, and emerging digital trends
  • Engage with clients on a daily basis to maintain alignment
  • Offer foundational strategic advice to clients
  • Act as a key contributor in client meetings and presentations
  • Review and edit client-facing materials for accuracy and quality
  • Coordinate team and client resources during major campaigns and launches
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to strengthen team performance

Compensation

Salary Range: $81,000 USD – $98,000 USD
