TE Connectivity is looking for a Senior Manager HR Partner to provide strategic, best-in-class HR support. In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive operational excellence within an assigned geographical region in India, fostering a high-performance culture.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, enabling organizational capability, agility, and future readiness.
- Lead succession planning, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives to attract, retain, and grow top talent.
- Champion a positive, inclusive culture by driving engagement, well-being, recognition programs, and DEI initiatives.
- Advise leaders on organizational design, hiring key talent, change management, performance, compensation, and workforce productivity.
- Maintain constructive relationships with unions and worker committees through proactive engagement and communication.
- Manage collective bargaining, long-term settlement negotiations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure adherence to policies, labor laws, and ethical practices while maintaining high standards of employee relations.
- Leverage HR analytics to inform decisions, optimize processes, and measure the impact of people programs.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in business administration, HR Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience in HR.
- Track record of effectively leading in a complex, global, matrixed organization.
- Experience working with people at all levels around the world, with significant cross-cultural sensitivity, respect, and adaptability.
- Strong expertise in Industrial Relations and union management.
- Self-confident and able to act as a role model of company values.
- Experience as a coach to multiple business leaders across all facets of talent and business strategy.
- Experience assessing, recruiting, engaging, developing, and motivating employees.
- Exceptional energy and results-orientation.
- Strong influencing skills; assertive without being antagonistic or alienating.
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- A proven track record of HR excellence, project management, and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- PHR or SPHR certification.
