EdSights is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading all aspects of growth marketing, from strategy to execution, with a focus on acquiring and retaining users through scalable, data-informed campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies to expand user base
  • Design and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels
  • Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with user experience
  • Develop A/B testing frameworks to refine messaging and conversion paths
  • Oversee budget allocation and ROI tracking for all growth activities
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with data science to create audience segmentation models
  • Drive customer lifecycle marketing to improve retention and engagement
  • Translate market insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Manage external agencies and vendor relationships as needed
  • Ensure brand consistency across all growth touchpoints
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital platforms
  • Present strategic updates and performance results to senior leadership
