Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee equity programs including RSUs, stock options, and carry plans from initial grant through to liquidity events
- Manage the complete capitalization table lifecycle, including equity grants, vesting timelines, tracking, 409A valuation support, and board-level reporting
- Create and maintain commission and incentive structures for sales, field services, and professional services across various business units
- Ensure compliance with pay equity regulations in the UK, Australia, Canada, and other international regions through audits, reporting, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with Finance on compensation planning, financial modeling, and analysis of EBITDA implications
- Lead the yearly compensation cycle, including merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, and equity refreshes
- Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analysis to maintain cost-effective and attractive compensation programs
- Design scalable compensation frameworks to support business expansion and integration of acquired companies
