About the Role

Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is hiring a Senior Manager of FP&A to provide direct, high-visibility impact on our business objectives. You will transform foundational financial models and planning processes while serving as a pivotal financial partner to Sales and RevOps leadership. This role is instrumental in driving key growth strategies, optimizing investments, and building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of analysts and managers.

What You'll Do

  • Elevate revenue and ARR forecasting accuracy through robust checks, improved version control, and increased transparency.
  • Build a high-performing, cohesive team by developing individualized growth plans and fostering increased ownership of key FP&A processes.
  • Establish strategic partnerships across GTM functions, leading to proactive engagement and joint strategic initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional planning cycles for Sales and RevOps, ensuring alignment and clear financial ownership.
  • Implement new checks within the ARR model and collaborate on a clear roadmap for enhancements over the next 6-12 months.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Proven experience in SaaS business models with a scaling, Sales-led motion.
  • Familiarity with B2B/SaaS sales lifecycle, KPIs, and conversion points.
  • Hands-on experience with FP&A tools such as Adaptive or Netsuite.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to executive audiences.
  • Ability to translate financial goals into actionable business and operational plans.
  • Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Resiliency and the ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary Range: $139,000 - $180,000.
