Peek is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to act as a strategic senior leader driving high-impact projects that influence the company's direction. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who excels in big-picture strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.

What You'll Do

Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and monitor key performance indicators across the organization.
Work closely with department owners to translate key operational metrics into actionable guidance for decision-making.
Create and operate key financial forecasting tools and operating models, partnering with teams across the business to maximize predictability.
Create and own the financial planning and budgeting lifecycle, working to shape the financial trajectory of the business and connect operating goals to financial targets.
Identify and execute opportunities to maximize ROI throughout the organization and drive sustainable growth.
Support the Board and Executive team on ad hoc strategy and financial analyses, such as new product launches, expansions, and operational changes.
Implement new processes, tools, and systems to improve forecasting and reporting accuracy and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Completion of a 2-year Investment Banking program, followed by an additional year in Private Equity, Consulting, or Banking.
3-5 years of in-house finance experience.
Deep understanding of financial modeling, three-statement forecasting, and accounting principles.
Highly proficient in Excel, with advanced modeling skills.
Familiarity with SQL and experience working with large, complex data sets.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Clear and concise communicator with the ability to distill complex financial information for a variety of stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Background in fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environments, with a demonstrated ability to thrive amidst ambiguity.
Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
