Responsibilities
- Recruit and lead a team of technical pre-sales professionals specializing in Lakebase solutions.
- Foster a cooperative and inclusive team environment aligned with core company values during periods of fast growth.
- Drive expansion of the Lakebase business by emphasizing customer outcomes and enabling technical adoption through the solutions architecture team.
- Enhance the effectiveness and return on investment of solutions architect engagement throughout the sales process.
- Establish trusted, enduring relationships with customers and gain deep knowledge of transactional databases (OLTP), data platforms, data warehousing (OLAP), artificial intelligence, application development, and cloud market dynamics, identifying key factors influencing strategic account direction.
- Advance a field engineering culture centered on technical expertise, value delivery, and modern data architectures, including operational workloads and AI-native applications.
- Demonstrate clear insight into the business objectives and revenue opportunities within the assigned regional accounts.
- Strengthen market recognition of the Lakebase product in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate customer feedback, technical demands, and competitive intelligence into product development and field enablement.
