Responsibilities
- Guide project management staff daily to maintain high-quality, on-time delivery of implementation initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for addressing delivery-related inquiries from internal teams or clients, including escalations and governance discussions.
- Enforce compliance with global delivery standards and operational best practices, emphasizing precision in project planning and revenue projections.
- Communicate promptly with leadership about factors that could impact project scope, budget, or delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with services sales, customer success, expert services, and delivery teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with account teams and external partners to support successful project execution.
- Quickly identify and resolve project delivery obstacles to protect budgets, schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance including revenue, cost, and margin for regional implementation projects.
- Support team growth by mentoring individuals and fostering professional development.
- Lead onboarding for new team members, ensuring alignment with training plans and timely productivity goals.
- Assess skill gaps and create individualized training plans, adjusting as organizational needs evolve.
- Evaluate team performance using KPIs and other performance indicators.
- Partner with regional delivery leaders to enhance team capabilities and service quality.
- Coordinate with resource managers and technical delivery units to assign qualified personnel to projects efficiently.
- Supply actionable feedback to global delivery functions to improve resources, processes, and technical execution.
- Ensure team members meet quarterly utilization targets through effective workload management.
