This position leads the creation and delivery of executive communications, ensuring that senior leaders’ messages are strategically sound, clearly articulated, and effectively delivered across all platforms and audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of executive communication strategies
- Draft speeches, presentations, and talking points for C-suite leaders
- Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with organizational goals
- Manage communication for major company announcements and events
- Ensure consistent tone and messaging across all executive channels
- Serve as a trusted advisor on communication approach and content
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather key messaging inputs
- Prepare executives for media engagements and public appearances
- Oversee the production of executive-level communication materials
- Monitor and analyze feedback on executive messaging for continuous improvement
- Manage crisis communication support for executive leaders as needed
- Develop long-term communication calendars aligned with business priorities
- Translate complex business topics into clear, compelling narratives
- Maintain executive communication best practices and style standards
- Lead special projects involving executive visibility and thought leadership
