EvenUp is hiring a Senior Manager, Events Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and measurement of a high-volume in-person events program to generate and advance the sales pipeline. You will manage approximately 80 events per quarter, serve as the key liaison between marketing, sales enablement, and leadership, and be directly accountable for results.
What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end planning, build, and execution of a complex event portfolio (approximately 6 to 8 in-person events per month).
- Implement unique event programs and develop creative, scalable in-person experiences to drive new business and upsells.
- Own pipeline targets, marketing lead funnel, and conversion metrics for the events program.
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure strong enablement and alignment on event goals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Campaign Ops, Marketing Ops, and Demand Gen teams.
- Travel regularly (up to 3x monthly during busy seasons, minimum 1x monthly).
- Manage all third-party vendors, contractors, and event budgets.
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of experience in a B2B event marketing role.
- Extreme detail-orientation with strong process adherence.
- Proven ability to connect event strategy directly to measurable pipeline impact.
- Expert-level project and time management skills.
- Strong capacity for creative event ideation and activation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally with senior executives.
- Must be willing and able to meet travel requirements (1x monthly minimum, up to 3x during busy seasons).
