Responsibilities
- Lead the management of regulatory and legal risks related to platform work across the European Union, overseeing a team of EU employment lawyers based in multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide high-quality employment, immigration, and commercial law support to Rider operations across EU markets.
- Develop a deep understanding of Delivery Hero’s tech stack and delivery operations, and design pragmatic strategies to manage and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Oversee employment litigation and regulatory developments across assigned markets, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear and timely visibility of risks at local, regional, and central levels.
- Drive continuous improvement of legal processes, reporting, and ways of working within the broader Global Legal Logistics function.
