About the Role
The Senior Engineering Recruiting Manager will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for engineering roles from start to finish.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for engineering positions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective hiring practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in engineering recruitment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and team members.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company's brand.
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct exit interviews with candidates to gather feedback and improve processes.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with overall talent acquisition strategies.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the recruitment team and provide feedback.
