About the Role

The Senior Engineering Recruiting Manager will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for engineering roles from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for engineering positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective hiring practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in engineering recruitment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company's brand.
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
  • Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct exit interviews with candidates to gather feedback and improve processes.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with overall talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new engineering hires.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the recruitment team and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce time-to-hire for engineering positions.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources.
  • Experience with engineering recruitment in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools in recruitment.
  • Experience with international recruitment and visa sponsorship processes.
  • Knowledge of agile recruitment methodologies.
  • Experience with recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
