SimSpace Corporation is hiring a Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Account-Based Execution (ABX) for Cybersecurity. This individual contributor role is responsible for driving Sales-qualified pipeline through the strategic planning and hands-on execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will test, learn, and scale industry-specific initiatives globally to achieve pipeline goals.
What You'll Do
- Test and learn quickly to identify the most efficient channels for driving pipeline on an industry-specific basis.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns at scale to efficiently drive qualified pipeline that meets industry-specific goals.
- Design and implement ABX strategies, processes, and software to educate, engage, and convert target accounts.
- Plan and execute offline and online events on an industry-specific basis to efficiently convert leads into qualified pipeline.
- Partner closely with Content, Digital Marketing, Solution Architects, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure messages resonate with primary buyer personas.
- Use a data-first approach to engage prospects showing active buying intent with relevant messages and calls to action.
- Regularly analyze and report on channel-specific campaign ROI performance.
- Act as an orchestra conductor, working cross-functionally to flawlessly execute campaigns that attract new logos and expand existing accounts.
- Build and lead a marketing pipeline generation machine that leverages data-driven insights and feedback to optimize outcomes and maximize ROI.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of campaign planning and execution experience in cybersecurity or similarly complex enterprise B2B environments targeting large enterprises.
- A successful track record of implementing and managing best-practice-based ABX workflows, processes, and technology.
- Hands-on expertise with essential martech software, including Asana, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Hockeystack.
- Expertise in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Proven track record of driving Sales-qualified pipeline from Fortune 500 enterprises in close partnership with Sales teams.
- Strong track record of collaborating across Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
- Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and ROI-minded.
- Scrupulous when managing to a pre-determined budget.
- Data-driven with a continuous focus on optimizing marketing performance and efficiency.
- Naturally seeks to understand which messages and channels are most efficient at producing pipeline on an industry-specific basis.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excels at aligning marketing campaigns with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Has a passion for innovation and testing new approaches, tactics, and software to optimize pipeline generation.
