Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience as manager, plus experience managing managers and managing complex teams in a multidimensional environment
- Exceptional analytical skills, with proven track record of applying data science to solving complex business problems. Think strategically to identify areas where data science and analytics can make a significant impact on the business
- Able to understand details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Able to spot opportunities to drive business growth from their craft.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Expertise in data management, data visualization and quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships to work with senior business leaders
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and develop a team
