About the Role

This role is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of customer experience by identifying key pain points, designing scalable solutions, and partnering with teams across the organization to deliver measurable improvements in customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Present strategic updates to senior leadership

  • Evaluate scalability of customer experience solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement through regular program assessments
  • Coordinate with marketing to align messaging with customer needs
  • Support onboarding and training programs for customer-facing teams
