Grainger is hiring a Senior Manager, Branch Strategy to build and define the long-term strategic roadmap for our Branch Network. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving customer experience, creating prioritization frameworks for project work, and partnering with business leaders to build annual plans.
What You'll Do
- Refine and communicate the Branch Network Roadmap to Branch Field Teams and stakeholders, focusing on inventory, demand generation, and Branch footprint.
- Continually prioritize workstreams to ensure focus on the most impactful opportunities and new initiatives.
- Lead research for new strategic initiatives, building comprehensive analysis using voice of customer analysis, operations go sees/round tables, operating metrics, and financial assessment.
- Create strategic briefs for initiatives and programs aligning with Branch Network Leadership on problem statement and go forward plan.
- Prepare Branch Network updates to the Grainger Leadership Team and participate in presentations.
- Form and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure coordinated implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Support exploratory, descriptive, and statistical analysis performed by direct reports.
- Define key metrics for the Branch Network.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Strategy, Economics/Finance, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree (MA/MS/MBA) or equivalent.
- 7+ years work experience in the areas of customer or business analysis.
- Strong strategic or innovative thinking.

- Compensation range: $104,500.00 - $174,200.00.
