The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of customer solutions, overseeing initiatives of varying scale and complexity. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Service Delivery, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining clear oversight of scope, schedule, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary customer contact, leading regular status meetings and providing transparent, timely updates
- Develop and maintain essential project documentation such as initiation records and progress reports
- Utilize project management tools like MS Project to track milestones, dependencies, risks, and change requests
- Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring accurate cost tracking
- Conduct gate reviews to uphold quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Facilitate collaboration between internal departments and third-party partners to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications and Skills
Successful candidates will have a demonstrated background in managing complex service or technology projects, with strong organizational and communication abilities. Experience working directly with stakeholders and leading virtual teams is essential. A structured, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and planning is expected.
