As a Senior Project Manager, Operations, you will lead the planning and delivery of multifaceted technical initiatives across distributed teams in a fast-moving game development environment. Your role ensures that projects in platform services, tooling, infrastructure, and live operations advance with clarity, structure, and predictability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project lifecycles—from scoping and planning to execution and delivery—across engineering, operations, and product teams
- Develop integrated project plans, identifying milestones, dependencies, and cross-team coordination needs
- Translate technical strategies into actionable roadmaps, clearly communicating timelines, risks, and trade-offs
- Facilitate alignment between technical contributors and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority
- Establish standardized workflows, tools, and reporting practices across shared services and development teams
