Allstate NI is looking for a Senior Manager of Applied AI & Data Intelligence to leverage advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and data science to influence major business decisions and drive measurable impact. You will transform complex information into meaningful insights that shape strategy, improve operations, inspire new products, and strengthen risk evaluation.
What You'll Do
- Lead the advancement of artificial intelligence and data intelligence capabilities to automate insights, build new data solutions, create synthetic data, and apply AI to accelerate product and service development.
- Analyze large and complex datasets related to claims, underwriting, policy management, and customer behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design, maintain, and enhance business metrics, reports, and data visualization tools for senior leaders, incorporating advanced AI features to guide critical decisions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product, underwriting, claims, actuarial, and technology to define analytical needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency, strengthen customer experience, and increase profitability.
- Ensure the highest standards of data quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Mentor and guide junior analytics team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of professional experience.
- Experience with supervisory duties.

- Extensive experience in data analytics, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Strong background using advanced artificial intelligence tools and techniques.
- Skilled in modern programming languages and data tools with hands-on experience building automated solutions and dynamic visual dashboards.
- Proven ability to design, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using advanced analytics and AI.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, risk analysis, and regulatory expectations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Highly organized and adaptable with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
