Shae Group is looking for a Digital Media & AI Content Wizard to operate as a full-stack digital media specialist. You will convert raw content into high-volume, high-quality micro-content, courses, landing pages, and funnel assets using AI-enabled tools. This role demands fast, organized delivery against tight service level agreements.
What You'll Do
- Execute full-stack content production and AI-assisted video editing, delivering sizzles (~2 min), shorts (6–12 min), micro-reels (10–60s), explainers, and long-form edits from raw footage with version control and rapid revisions.
- Build landing pages and sales pages using AI website builders like GoHighLevel, Webflow, Wix, or Framer, ensuring mobile-responsive, high-conversion design and CRM integrations.
- Package long-form content into modular course units with timestamps, captions, thumbnails, highlight extraction, key insights, and soundbites, and assemble product pages.
- Maintain production operations, asset libraries, and QA checklists, execute executive voice-note actions, deliver weekly performance reports, and ensure data/metadata accuracy in all systems.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital media, video production/editing, or AI content production with a demonstrable portfolio of sizzles, shorts, long-form content, and reels.
- Hands-on expertise with video editors like Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or CapCut, AI tools like Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, Whisper, or Flow/Veo3, and GoHighLevel for funnels, automations, and CRM.
- High-output operator with fast execution, excellent self-management, strong written and spoken English, and availability to overlap core hours with Philippines/Asia (UTC+8).
Nice to Have
- Experience packaging courses or productizing long-form content, including documentary editing.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted website builders and automated content repurposing workflows.
