CloudLinux is hiring a Team Lead for the Packaging Engineering Team to join our Endless Lifecycle Support (ELS) division. In this role, you will lead the Alternatives & EasyApache Team responsible for the CloudLinux OS Web Stack, working with alternative versions of NodeJS, PHP, Python, Ruby, cPanel EasyApache, and HardenedPHP packages.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle of package development.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including resolving client issues through support and collaborating with other departments.
- Drive the automation of routine tasks such as version updates, patch management, monitoring, and testing.
- Design and maintain automated test suites.
- Participate in release management processes.
- Build working processes and workflows for the team.
- Be responsible for Agile (Scrum) delivery and Jira workflow management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading a technical team, ideally in a packaging or DevOps environment.
- Strong background in software packaging and lifecycle management.
- Experience automating complex workflows and building test suites.
- Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum) methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and resolving issues.
- Ability to design, implement, and optimize team processes.
