Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to generate consistent and measurable sales pipeline growth
- Align marketing efforts with pipeline coverage and revenue objectives
- Oversee program budgets and adapt strategies to meet cost-per-lead, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment targets
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and sales cycle speed
- Manage and expand account-based marketing initiatives across targeted 1:1 and 1:Few segments
- Work closely with Sales leadership to refine account targeting and engagement approaches
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across content, events, paid advertising, executive outreach, and digital platforms
- Design and manage programs that drive qualified pipeline through digital marketing, webinars, events, and content assets
- Improve conversion efficiency across landing pages, lead nurturing workflows, and handoff to sales
- Plan and run experiments to increase pipeline yield and reduce cost per qualified opportunity
- Monitor and refine performance metrics such as lead-to-account conversion rates
- Track and enhance KPIs related to pipeline generation and influence
- Build reporting dashboards and use data insights to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Share performance learnings to strengthen data-informed decision-making across teams
- Mentor and develop high-performing marketing professionals
- Define clear ownership and success criteria for marketing programs
- Foster alignment across Sales and Customer Success functions
- Promote a culture centered on testing, accountability, and scalable growth
