Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain enduring relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Uncover and capture new revenue opportunities within strategic accounts
  • Create detailed sales proposals and long-range planning strategies
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between clients and internal departments to improve service outcomes
  • Actively track client satisfaction and lead initiatives for service enhancement
  • Evaluate intricate client data to refine and guide sales approaches
  • Lead high-level sales conversations and strategic planning discussions
  • Address and resolve critical client concerns independently
  • Design and execute major lead development and marketing initiatives
  • Negotiate significant product and service agreements with broad decision-making authority
