Responsibilities

Create tailored machine learning models to address distinct business challenges
Build and refine transformer-based systems for natural language understanding tasks
Construct and support end-to-end machine learning workflows including data preparation, training, and prediction
Utilize large language models and apply targeted fine-tuning methods
Develop and enhance retrieval-augmented generation frameworks for improved output quality
Partner with software engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into live systems
Track model behavior in production and establish processes for periodic retraining
Investigate new advancements in machine learning and assess integration potential
Guide less experienced team members and help shape internal technical standards
